[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. / Two Wheeler Insurance — Very low claim approval

My name is Uma kant. I have a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz general ins.Comp. Ltd. The details of which are as follows:
Model: Hereo Honda splender plus
Vehicle no. UP 32 BU 0933
Policy no. OG[protected]-00000091
Period of insurance: From 06 APR.2009 To 05 APR. 2010
CLAIM No. OC[protected]-00002006
I claim for a insurance claim for my motorcycle who was undergone a accident on 11/12/2009. The expendature on repairig of motorcycle was as follows:
1) Bill of parts: Rs. 1622.00
2) Bill of repairs: Rs. 1300.00
TOTAL : Rs. 2922.00
I have submitted original bills to the Bajaj allz. Gen. Ins. office at shahjanaf road, Lucknow. But the company has approved me a claim of Rs. 618.00 only. I complain for this in the office but they are not giving any responce since 23/12/2009 when I complain for this low claim approval. Plz. take care of my complain and provide me rightful claim.

My name is Nandakumar. I have a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz general ins.Comp. Ltd. My policy as been expired on 26th dec, 2009 but from the bajaj allianz i have not recived any rennual notice or sms. But my sick i have recalled that 15th feb and i went pay my bike insurance in malleshwaram for one policy they have taken more then hour to inspicet my bike and issue the new policy but again the printer is not working to issue the policy. So they told me they will send by courier. But i felt like they are working like worest then Govt. Office and the office envernment ouffffffffffffff.

Please act ASAP.

I had lost my bikein 2009, for that i tried to claim but still i did not get claim due to improper response by regional transport deparment,i had got only one original NOC and FIR ,i had submitted to RTO both the original NOC and FIR, but from insurance company they asking the original certificate of NOC and FIR,so i can't able to claim, for past 1 year i am trying to get claim, but RTO officer's are not providing me the original certificates , so kindly help me to get claim.

I am a Junior Commissioned Officer of the Indian Army. My bike bearing No DL 4S BL 3830 met with an accident by skiding and hitting with stones on 09 October, 2010 in Delhi Cantt where right side and front had damaged badly. Category wise detail of items used in repairing for Bike DL 4S BL 3830 by SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 is as under :-.

Thus a total bill paid is Rs 13655/- and after excluding Rs 1256/- (servicing charges), 85% of metal cost, 50% of plastic charges, I was supposed to get claim for Rs 8902/- whereas the claim has been passed for Rs 7087/- only. Thus a difference of Rs 1815/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred fifteen) may kindly be credited into my account. I have contacted Mr Ajay Surveyor Bajaj Allinz (Mob No [protected]) and Mr Jeet Sharma of TVS Workshop (Mob No [protected]) several times but of no use. Both of them are putting the responsibility to each other's shoulder without any worthwhile output. I would like to request to credit balance of Rs 1815/- to my account at an early date please.

I have also spoken to Mr Ajay Surveyor Bajaj Allinz (Mob No [protected]) for review and credit balance of Rs 1815/-
to my bankers but till today no positive action has been taken.

May I request to the authority concerned to look into the matter and help me to get my due please.

Hi Friends,

I have get the default insurance from Bajaj on purchase of my new bajaj pulsar 220 bike. At the time of purchasing they were not even told about the insurace, That we are providing the insurance of bajaj Allianz.

After my accident with bike I claim for insurance. Quick reply for verification and documentation, but after completion of bike all documentation 3-4 time they were not even showing us that your are our customer. Everytime just asking for this document that document No claim pass.

So, If you guys tell me to give rank from my site I will give -0.

Please Don't go with this go with other insurance company.
I had been to Bajaj allianz general insurance office in Indiranagar, Bangalore to renew my bike insurance. I was very disappointed with the service.

-Service is very slow. It took four hours to renew my insurance. They have pathetic computers and network.The officials say that server is down.The AC also doesn't work. Customer service office should have good infrastructure

-The officials are supposed to inform you that process will be late. They just said wait for 5 minutes(30 times).But I had to wait for 4 hours.

-I also had kept a renewal reminder online. It doesn't work. The agents just call you and disturb the very next day you give the phone number for reminder. Reminders is supposed to inform you on the date you have set in the reminder


Pathetic service.
