I purchased a TV from reliance digital and they told to avail intrest free loan, so i did.
I found this company never informed about whether ECS/mandate is active, also U can not pay through on line transfer of any normal installment t, even i[censored] give a cheque in time and and get delayed by them they charge penalty.I sent them emails which is as below and self explanatory the whole case, I m waiting for response :
dear sir
this refer to my account no.4300CD00030208 in which excess payment has been made
by bank due to their system error.
pl refund the same immediately.
regarding Rs 1750 as being demanded by you is illegal due to following reasons:
1.That in first time payment i enquired many times to your local office regarding
activation of ECS and was replied not to worry and pay by cheque/cash. And as per
them sometimes ECS takes more than a month, but i found you added a charge of Rs
350 then they told it will be waived off.
2.Again they sent some person to collect before due date and it again
attracted Rs 350 which is unethical.
3.Rejection of bank mandate never informed by you, on the other hand you send SMSs
all the time showing as there is no problem in ECS, when money not deducted then I
paid immediately but you charged penalty of Rs 350. then I understood that your
system is confusing as on one hand sending me alert to keep sufficient fund in
bank account as if ECS is active on the other
hand charging penalty.
4.Again on 4th nov yr executive collected cheque saying your system not working at
yr end but you again charged penalty.
5.similarly in subsequent events.
6.Your executive informed that system not working and collected a cheque on 4th
jan, and took payment through ECS as well.
This trick lead to advance deposit with you in Jan.I again visited yr local office
and yr executive Mr Manoj assured me that he sent a mail to you and further
deduction will not b made, pl check his emails in your records.
ACTION:Pl refund my excess instalment amount of ECS, and waive off the said
penalties.
I tried to pay on line thinking that like others you are also high tech, but
surprised to see that you do not allow any net banking transfer till due date gets
exceeded, so that you can charge and earn like this, it is not fair.
I have sent you emails every time which may be seen in the system, many emails were
sent by your official Mr Manoj but it also remained unheard.
May I request an immediate action please.
