Maturity
I have invested Rs 10, 000/ in Appeline Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd, in the group of(Basil International Ltd) on 21/9/2002 for 5 years. My 5 years was completed on 21/9/2007 but still date (21/10/2008)i have not received my MATURITY Rs 19, 900/. I heard from my Agent that in West Bengal Agents are collecting Crore of Money, i just say all the Agents, please come in Upper Assam and see you are collecting crore of money, here crore of peoples deprived to there Maturity. The Asansol Division is not given any Interest for clearing Maturity We are going to Legal Action for this Company.

I have invested Rs 1 lakh in APPELINE Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd in MIS Scheme which was deposited on 29/8/2003 For 3 Years. After 3 Years my Maturity Date was 29/8/2006. To Day is 10th October 2008. Almost 2 Years 2 Month running, Company is not given my Maturity. People are investing MIS for the purpose of monthly income, almost two years two months I have not any income agenist my deposited Amount.
I know almost 80% customers is not received their pending maturity. My certificates numbers are as follows:

dear sir, there is a same case us urs, i m a agent of aapeline, under the basil international group.In febuary 2007 my client mr ram balak rai has open a account for the duration of one year, depositing Rs3000 per months, which makesRs 36, 000.But when maturity happen my seniour agent simply says"aabhi kuch problem ho raha hai mai next months maturity amount lake dedunga" but the statement repets many times and till now my client has not recive the amount.
i thought to go in the legal way, that's why i need the registration number of that company, if happen send me detail about the company.

Basil International Ltd is Totoaly froud Company, As the Company Management was fully involved with froud & cheating with Public Money as the management was not paid huge amount of public maturity money (Rs 15 corores) in Upper Assam area.

Sir,
We the below named signatories do hereby inform you the following few lines for your kind information and necessary action please.
That Sir, we the Field Marketing Member (Agent) of Tinsukia District area are collected and deposited huge amounts through Commutative Preference Shares, Product Scheme Card and Facility Scheme Card in the BASIL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED at their Branch offices situated at Tinsukia, Rangagora Road (Br. Code 8012A) and Ledo, Near Durgabari (Br. Code 8012B).
After deposited the amounts to the said branch offices of Basil International Ltd, the concerned authority had issued necessary Certificates and Pass Book in respect of the accounts.
That Sir, after getting matured of the accounts, surprisingly till date the concerned authorities have failed to pay legitimate matured value without any reason in spite of repeated persuasions.
It may also be mentioned for your information that the company is not making payment of matured value of investors since 2007.
As marketing agents we are also trying our leveled best to get the maturity value on our behalf. We approached the concerned authorities of Asansol Division and in the process the Divisional Office gave them assurance to pay the maturity value of the investors, but all their assurances proved futile.

Here Asansol Management is not given Maturity from long time Aprox Rs 25 crores Maturity pending from 2007. CLD pending 22 Months. Certificate pending from 2008.
