Bata India Ltd — Order not delivered for more than 3 weeks.

Hi,

Is there some responsible person for Bata India Ltd.

There wont be, because there are none.

I placed an order and waited for more than 2 to 3 weeks still no one dispatched my order or even cared to acknowledge my calls or mails.

Site went down for a day on 18th april 2011, after that the stupid customer care fraudulent number[protected] rings rings rings till next christmas.

Please do needfull as i am in need or the product or my money back or else i will reach to all major newspapers editors to take this issue in public and then the matter to consumer forum.
