dead of fixed line

my landline phone is dead and i registered my complin on 04/06/2012 at 2.45pm i got call on 3.00 pm and line man said your line is ok . i see and it is ok but after just 5 minues it again dead . kindly do the needful as early as possible. I am advocate and i need internet . so pl solve this problem immediately..
