not working

I have purchased a beetel cordless phone (model No.CB 61000) on 8/7/2009 from Quilon radio service,Thiruvananthapuram. The is completely dead after one month. I returned the phone at the shop from where I purchased it on 10/10/09. I contacted the service person one Mr.Maneesh (Mob.No. [protected]) and according to him the phone was sent to Bangalore for replacement .So far I did not receive the replacement....

GPRS IS NOT FUNCTIONING
WHEN I CONNRCT MY MOBILE TO MY PERSONAL COMPUTER THROUGH DATA CABLE FOR INTERNET USE, THEN A ERROR OCCURED. THE ERROR IS " ERROR-777, THE CONNECTION ATTEMPT FAILED BECAUSE THE MODEM (OR OTHER CONNECTING DEVICE ) ON THE REMOTE COMPUTER IS OUT OF ORDER.
I FACE THIS PROBLEN SINCE EVENING OF 16 SEP 2009. BEFORE THIS I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET VIA BETEEL USB DATACARD TO MY LAPTOP EASILY.

power supply of modem & phone

1. I have taken a connection of internet in sep.2008, starting from the time of installation the power supply takes 10 to 15 min to connect the internet with local area.I have reported a lot of time.bsnl persons says that you should purchased new adopter from the market.

2. The power supply of phone set was also made faulty with in 15 days.mic of set is not working in mode free hand.

Telephone is not working

Telephone No. [protected].

From today we are not in position to use the telephone. The number is totally inactive and incoming/ outgoing facility is totally stopped. However, we are getting the internet connection.

Faulty product

In the month of Dec. 2007, I purchased a Beetel cordless phone ( Model - 53000) with backup battery from Bhubaneswar shop ( S.R.Electronics, Bapuji Nagar). Very next month, the phone was not working. Since it was covered under one year warranty, I returned the same to the above shop for replacement / repair.After one month followup, I was forced to take another phone of different model ( CB-55000), which is not my choice. No return or repair or exchange.

My parents purchased a Beetel cordless phone in June from Le Marche, Mega Mall. The phone stopped working now in august that is within 2 months of purchase. My father went to Le Marche, they gave him the Beetel Distributer office address & phone number at Charni Road & asked to go there & exchange it. My father called up the distributer, he said we dont know any company like Le Marche or Mega Mall. My father again went to Le Marche....

year, but it STOPED to work on 25.05.2008. then i deposited DTH SETOP
BOX to the shopkeeper on 25.05.2008 to repair my DTH.But now upto date
