i purchased a Beetel landline cum cordless phone from a dealer in Bhubaneswar in the month of august 2011 with a one year replacement guarranty. now almost 60 days back, i went to the dealer with the complete phone which was not working properly he said this phone is not reparing here. i don't know it is very bad phone, please help me what can i do.
