Hi,

This mail is in reference to order no[protected] which was placed yesterday. The order has been delivered to me and it was a quick delivery turnaround. But there is a glaring problem with the product. I has asked for a shoe size 10 (European size 44). The shoes delivered are nowhere near the size I had requested for although the size printed on the shoe says 44. Now that's pretty amusing and leads to grounds of misleading the customer given the fact that the product was QC passed.

I understand the product falls under clearance category which clearly states that this order cannot be exchanged or returned. I feel you have ripped me off my money and time that I spent browsing through your website and dealing with your customer care executives.

This is clearly your mistake and I want an early revert to my issue. I want my refund immediately. And I am not going to be waiting for 10-15 days for the refund to happen. This is your fault completely and a quick turnaround on these matters would be appreciated. Your refund policy doesn't hold any ground here because as far I am concerned I was clear in what I wanted and the product you delivered isn't the correct match.

I am attaching a picture to clarify things. The shoe on the left is the one I ordered and the shoe on the right is an actual size 10. There is a clear difference in sizes.
