a. The following item never arrived and no credit or refund was issued.

b. The following item was returned and a store credit was issued with a validity of only 3 months, which was therefore never used as the terms of return were not made clear in the first place i.e. when the order was given and at the the time of returning. I have checked the website, no where does it mention the validity of 3 months.

Order[protected] and[protected] on March 8 and March 9 respectively

I got an email on March 8 saying that my order did not go through, I wrote back saying the amount had been debited from my bank (after checking), I was then informed that due to a delay the amount had not reached and that I needed to order again, which I did! The money has been debited from my bank account twice.

All were a size 35 when I ordered a size IND 2, IND 2 corresponds to 34, according to your size chart IND 3 is 35.5 and IND 4 is 37, how can IND 2 be a 35 then, it can be 34.5, and a 35 is not a 34.5.
