Bestylish.com — Problem with dispatch order

I placed an order no#[protected] on 30/7/2011 &
an order no#[protected] on 31/7/2011. Its been more than 4 weeks, i haven't received my product . Even i tried contacting through email & phone on [protected] & [protected]@bestylish.com.
This is my first order . But its the worst service i came across from my all the online purchases made from different websites.

Hope there is someone from bestylish.com monitoring it and get back to me.

I have placed a order ( no.[protected]for pair of Adidas shoes on 12th Dec 2012 and didn't receive any confirmation till 19th Dec. When i called up at call center, they confirmed that the same has been cancelled due to some technical reasons( which is not true). They are out of stock and that's why giving these kind of excuses. They hav not bothered to confirm me the status of this and not sure about refund also.
