I have booked LPG gas on 04/02/09 after receiving last gas cylinder on 13/01/09. After lot of chasing our supplier Bhel Mahila Kalyan Samiti code no 571814 is not giving cylinder. Every time they said that we are not getting cylinder from Bharat Gas depo. They are supplying gas cylinder after more than 40 days.

cooking gas (LPG) — non delivery of cylinder
I am a indane gas consumer from the agency T.R. GAS Agency Mattannur, Kannur dist., Kerala( PH.[protected], 2472007, 2471025, 2473450). My consumer number is 8119.i book for a cylinder on[protected], ( Booking no. 5359), but the agency not deliver cylinder till 11-8-09.
I am waiting a cylinder for 60 days.

Bharat Cooking Gas — delay in delivering gas,phone held up etc
Dear Sir,My consumer No. is 5164 and I am residing in S-281, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi-48. The agent appointed by your company in our area is Ashoka Stores, K-1/51, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi - 19.
I am fed up with the poor services of Ashoka Stores for several years. They have practice to delivered gas after 20-25 days of booking. They keep handset down of telephone and held up their landline to avoid answering consumers which can be verified. The behavior of their staff is such that they are obliging us by delivering gas after 20-25 days and are not scared of anybody instead they threaten if we shout they will delay gas for more period. I booked gas on 13.09.2009 and is delivered today i.e.05.10.2009 after my several visits and efforts.We do not understand why company is so liberal with such agents whose reputation in whole area is so bad and why their agencies are not suspended. They are famous for torturing and harrasing consumers. We have always to visit their shop to remind them the dates of booking. We have several time pointed out them why they keep handset down and the reply is it is non of our business. An immediate action is required to

I have booked my cooking gas on 22/10/2008, my booking no is 35426.Till date (14/11/2008)
I have been calling them daily and their answer is that they will delevier today.again when it does not come I go ther in person they say some esquse and say that they will delever today, but till now (3.10pm) I have not recevied.
