I had booked a LPG cylinder at Bharat Flames dealer of Bharat gas address 9B Shimla Street kolkata 700006 on 1st September 2011 however till date I have not received delivery of the same despite several reminders,kindly register my complaint against the above agency for this delay and for their consistent poor services Yours Faithfully Sati Bhattacharyya 128A vivekananda Road Kolkata700006 Consumer no JS7109. Dear Sir/Madam,
i am consumer of BPCL(Bharat Gas) consumer no.JS-8860, under distributor BHARAT FLAMES, 9B SIMLA STREET, KOLKATA 700006, PH NO[protected]/[protected]. I live in my grand father(92 years) & grand mother(85 years).I have booked for reffilling a cylander on 22/08/2012 but till date I have not received. Every month I am facing this bad situation. i had call to bharat gas agency many times, and they and every time he says it will get today. Presently my two cylinder Are empty At last today my grand mother visit the shop u& the staff says my cylinder handed over to mr: sailen for delivery but he delivered this cylander for another customer.
i request to take necessary action against the distributor & MR: SAILEN ( DELIVERY MAN)
