We have been harassed regularly regarding the price of Gas Cylinders. According to government we are supposed to get 9 cylinders in a calender year, but Bharat Flames at 9B, Simla Street, Kolkata-700006, are not providing that . they are asking Rs. 925 for the cylinder as such they are saying that the 9 cylinders will be effected from April 2013. I want to ask you why is it so............

Non availability of LPG even after almost two months after booking.

I had booked a LPG cylinder at Bharat Flames dealer of Bharat gas address 9B Shimla Street kolkata 700006 on 1st September 2011 however till date I have not received delivery of the same despite several reminders,kindly register my complaint against the above agency for this delay and for their consistent poor services
