[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Dear Sir,

I residing at Annasandrapalya, bangalore-560017, Consumer no.-40323.
I am a consumer of Bharat gas from last 5 years, and now I am facing lots of problem after changing the distributor. Now I am taking the Gas cylinder from Mahalaxmi Enterprises, Airport road, bangalore.

The agency is harassing me for the booking and delivery issue. Last time also I had made complaint about this agency regarding extra earning. Now that problem has been sorted out.Now the agency is telling me to book the gas 7-10 days before.But I have seen them giving the gas cylinder to the consumers who is giving some extra money to them.
please look into the matter so that availability is ensured and your customer is satisfied and the consumer is not facing problem.

Bharat Gas — booking of new connection

In the Bahadurgarh distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, there is a Bharat Gas agency namely Sushil Gas, sector 6 road . Bahadurgarh . The manager and the owner of the above agency are rufuge for new booking and say there is a ban on new connection. kindly confirm that it is fact or false.

Better you guyes try to make a call for all number. They will never pick the phone, Or always busy with whole day... This is very very poor service, Please concern department take steps to slove is issue, Otherwise better you have to cancel the agancies ... Why they have a phone...

Dear sir,

i m booking the gas after 21 days for one month ago but this time the agency clark told me that gas booking after 24 days. Last time he told me you've to book the gas after 21 days of previous delivery.

this time is the festival time and u know many plbm face us so after 24 days booking and after 7 days delivery we are in plbm.

so it is my request to u that plz u found the plbm and help us

Bharat Gas — bad service by rose flames

The bharath gas distributor is providing very bad service.

I (connection number 24981) had booked a cylinder on March 23rd, which has still not been delivered.
This is regularly happening and we suspect whether the distribution is being done as per booking order.

Please help

Being the Customer of such an old concern like Bharat Gas, this type of attitude is unexpected. Suppose, if there is any other valid reason of delay, like cylinder shortage etc, I am always ready to react in accordance if the fact is rue, but this type of fake / false confirmation is not expected from your end especially when I am demanding against valid booking reference ground.

I ardently request you to kindly look after the matter with the earliest possible time & let me know your views regarding the issue otherwise It will compel me to take the matter to the higher authorities in coming days.

Note :- I am staying with my mother & not alone.
