[Resolved]  Bharat Gas - Chitra Gas Agency Noida — no any call pickup

Even we are also calling, NO RESPONSE...

MY NAME IS DEEPAK BHATU CHAVAN OUR CONNECTION NO. IS 43438 IN CHITRA GAS AGENCY MY LOGIN ID PASS WORD LOSS P/S SEND MY EMAIL ID NEW PASS WARD

PLS RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

My consumer no. is C 57173 booked last 10 days back but I am not
getting gas adn refered there and there delivery points of Khora last 3 days
by Tempoo suppliers of Chitra gas agencies, Noida U.P. I am a lady and
waiting whole day in line without having any food myself and my 4 kids are also hungry at my room.If anything happened to me, The whole responsibility of my kids will be borne by gas supplying agency.

services are very poor as per my experience.

My consumer no is 49593.. I have booked my gas through SMS 10 days before.. Nobody is available on landline nos.. starting morning till evening there numbers rings as busy.. Even if sometimes ring goes, either they don't pick or they cut the connection. Even delivery person was openly saying there is huge line of booking your number will turn up after a week and now when I am calling his number, he has switched off the phone. They are doing big harassment to us. I lived in sec-52 noida.

I think I need to personally visit them for this

Hi My consumer number is 58058. I agree wid complaint of Shanti Sharma.. I booked a cylinder on 14th dec through sms. No Cylinder was delivered for 15 days . Not even a single number has been answered by Chitra Gas Agency. TOday i booked a new Cylinder thriugh sms. It has been booked on someone else name. Now again m calling since morning but no one is picking up the calls. They think people are fool. I have Indane Gas Agency in sec 56 vey nearby to our house. Planning to change the provider so.

Plz concerned person look into the matter.

My consumer no is c37941, I'm trying to call to Chitra Gas services sec - 55 from past one month and now I'm very much irritated for there services. No body is picking up the phone calls & after booking Cylinder through SMS I have not received any response or cylinder...??
Nobody is available on landline nos.. starting morning till evening there numbers rings but nobody is picking up the phone and all the time no. is busy.. Even if sometimes ring goes, either they don't pick or they cut the connection.

Call is never picked up by Chitra Gas Agency Executives for the refill booking.We are tired of trying the numbers n no. of times.How can all lines be busy all the time.It has been observed at the personal visit to the agency that the phones are hung-up and calls are not taken.It becomes a big trouble for the customers to approach the Agency on phone

VERY BAD SERVICE TO DELIVER THE GAS AT KHORA COLONY..
I BOOK MY GAS ON 5TH APRIL.. AS PER COMMITMENT I RECD IT ON 8TH APRIL.. STILL I HAVE NOT GOT THIS.. NOT ONLY ME. MINIMUM 50 PERSON STAND IN QUES.. NOT GOT HE GAS LAST 15 DAYS

YOUR CARGO PERSON NAME PRAKASH HAVE MOBILE NO- [protected].. SOLD THE GAS TO BLACKER IN FRONT OF PUBLIC.. PER PERSON TAKE 3 TO 4 GAS BY FORCEFULLY.

PUBLIC CAN'T COMPLANE THIS BECAUSE BLACKER HAVE MORE POWERFULL THAN PUBLIC.

We booked the cylinder for cons ID 3537 which has not been delivered since 22nd Aug 2011. We
requested for the same twice or thrice but the delivery of the
cylinder has not yet been made. Its a request please do make the
delivery as soon as possible.

If someone from BHARAT GAS is reading this post, please take some strict action against these guys (Chitra gas agency). What they really think...they are the most occupied persons in the world and every other is free enough to call them through out the day and these foolish guys are even not answering the calls.
If they can not pick the phone of their customer, can anyone tell me what all they are doing in office. Just chatting and *******.

Chitra Gas Agency is good for nothing. You have to call for days and if you are lucky then they can pick up the call. If you are luckier they answer your call or they disconnect. These agency must be terminated and all employees must be fired with jail of one year as they are taking salary for free. After calling for few days they pick up the call and asked me that Gas cylinder will be delivered on 30th Apr but not received it even after a week.

IF YOU CONTINUE SO LATE LATE DELIVERY AFTER THIS COMPLAINT IT HAPPENS A SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCE.

Dear Sir we Have called So Many times But Not Lift Telephone, Not responding Even Any Persons. & Supply Is Very delay max 10 to 15 days . So Kindly look In to this Matter
