I have booked for a bharat gas cylinder at engineers enterprise, pankha road new delhi, registration no. 16454 on the name of Anil Jolly on 25 july 2008 but6 havnt received the cylinder.I am daily calling to engineers enterprises, but they are making excuse everyday.I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We have booked for refill on 8/08/08 with SA Gas Agency Dooravaninagar. But these people when asked for non delivery told that our number has been transferred to Pratik Agency, Kasturinagar. When we contacted there they told they will deliver on 28/8/08. But till date we have not received the gas cylinder. Also when we try to call over phone, these people are not picking up the phone.
We request you to kindly arrange to deliver immediately, and see that these type of inconvenience does not repeat.

This is a very bad customer service

I had booked a cylinder at Bharat gas agncy at T. Nagar - Superchef Gas Agency on 25th August 2008 when they said it will be delivered in 3 days. On 30th, I again followed up with the agency & they said it will definitely be delivered on 31st. Today its 11 days since I booked the cylinder & the status is unchanged.

I AM AT THRIKAKKARA. I HAVE BOOKED CYLINDER ON 10 SEP, 2008. TILL DATE NOT DELIVERED. THE AGENCY POOJA GAS NOT RESPONDING QUITE WELL, THEY ARE GIVING FAULT INFORMATIONS EVERY TIME. I CALLED THOSE PEOPLE FOR PAST 3-4 DAYS CONTINUOUSLY, BUT THEY TRIED TO FOOL ME. MY SECOND CYLINDER IS OVER. I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY THING. KINDLY INTERVENE AND DO TH NEEDFUL.

I had booked our cylinder for home delivery on 13.10.2008 consumer No 9300 in Alok Gas Agency Thana Road Najafgarh new delhi -43 of consumer name Shanti Devi but till date delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminder and
personally contact at agenciey and also try in phone No. 28013548/49/50 but no attend the phone.
Please solve my problem and delivered the cylinder at home

I booked my cylinder on 18.11.08.at mamta gas agency, hind nagar lko.Till date have not recieved, even after making 2 calls a day.due to this my work is suffering a lot as i cant leave home.kindly do the needful.my c.no.is 24915.

R/Sir, I had personally booked the gas cylinder on 02/12/2008 at Varun Gas Service, Khanpur and on further enquiring the status on 15/12/2008 they informed that no cylinder booked on said date. Again cylinder booked on same date but it was very surprise that no cylinder was received till 28/12/2008. We were trying to book cylinder after 28/12/2008 but they refused to booked and finally they have booked the cylinder on 10/01/2009 with our lot of efforts. Now cylinder expired on12/01/2009 and we again approaching to varun gas service for providing cylinder but they stateway refused to provide the gas cylinder with the plea that gas cylinder will be made available after 15 days from the date of booking. It means that we have no alternate to purchase the meal from market on very higher rate. Moreover the said agency is also not behaving properly with customer and cylinder also received by us in less weight. Sir, please look into the matter and direct varun gas agency, khanpur to provide cylinder at the earliest and also booked our second cylinder in advance to avoid further delay in supply.

we had booked a gas cylinder on 07/02/09 from bharat gas office located in mauranipur, but every day I call in the office, they say it will be delivered today & now week passed, we have not received any cylinder.

I've booked bharat gas with M/s. Friends Gas Agency, Bharat Nagar, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, Telephone No.26827575/26838042 on 7th May 2009. My Consumer No. is 17173. But the agency is not supplying bharat gas till today. On repeated contact they are insisting to get the delivery directly from their Godown. Is there any agency who can redress to my grievance? Kindly look into my legitimate compliant and get the gas delivery on priority basis. An early action shall be highly appreciated.

I am not receiving cooking gas cylinder at my home since last one year. After several complain to the distributor they doesn't take any action for the same.

Presently I am having only single cylinder connection.
But i want to make it two cylinder connection. whever i tried to contact my distributer, they say that bharat gas has stopped giving second cylinder connection.
Please help me for the same

I have booked gas cylinder on 14th Sept.2009 but till date cylinder not delivered.my booking sl. no.is 13.My consumer no. is EE6745.Distributor's Code-431850.Name-EKTA ENTERPRISES, Bharat Gas Distributor,Egarcoor, Kumasdhubi,Dhanbad, Pin-828203, Jharkhand,pl,do the needful.

Since we are using bharath gas our consumer no.3404 we have booked for cylinder as 07.10.2009 still we have not received the cylinder it nearly 23 days was over. kindly look into this matter

I have booked for refilling of gas cylinder on dated Oct-27,2009. Booking No.373661, through computerized booking.
Till date i h'nt got the cylinder . On enquiring the Distributor (Modern Gas) I came to know that there is no booking against my number (7088).
Again i booked for refill on dated nov 25,2009. (booking no. 396460Till date they have not given me a cylinder , on again enquiring today they are saying that it will take 15 more days to deliever a cylinder.
