Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder from last 19 days

I booked the gas on 1st mar., 08 with booking no 52, that time the person told to deliver the gas within 5 days which is not come till now. I am very much unsatisfied with this poor service.

i am working in indian navy and i got a gas connection with my mother's name(R Leela) under the consumer number 619602 from taliparamba branch, kannur, kerala (ph:[protected].
i booked gas cylinder on 14jun 2008 under the booking number 22284 and not yet received. and also not giving a confirmed reply when they deliver the cylinder.
it is requested that an early action may taken in this regard.

I am cousumer of Bharat Gas having consumer no.018996 my domestic gas consumer card no.5795109 at Bilaspur Chattisgarh, M/S Abhinav Gas Servises, Bilaspur Distributer Code No.351877 does not supply refilled gas cylinder even after booking of 25 days before, but the cylinder is readily available in the market in black.

Bharat Gas — REGARDING NON DELIVERY OF GAS

We had Booked our LPG on 6.02.09 but still we could not recieve it. when I went for complaint two to three times at Agency the staff told me that you have to put priority after 21 days of booking and when I went on 27 Feb 09. My complaint have noted as priority. But still we could, nt recieve it when I again complain then the staff told me that You have to go at Godown to recieve it.when we went on 3.03.09 at godown we stand in que for a long time but still we could, nt recieve it.

I have booked for refill of my Cylinder on 22.09.2009 on telephone, but till today 4.10.2009 i have not recevied by cylinder. Instead of several calling to gas agency they are not responding. This Agency name is Jagannath Gas Co. Near Samarth Hotel, Pandit Dindayal Road, Dombivli (west) 421202

Please do needful in this regards. I am Helpless. This is their regural Practice and when they will stop i gods know.

we are getting problem from 2yr they are( manav enterprises)frazer town not suppling gas after booking if we have to call 5or6 times or visit then they will supply approx 25days if i dont reminds they will not send in this year we got only 6 gas if we asked about proper supply they will act like rowdy .

Iam highly disappointed that iam not able to get may cyclinder even afer 60 from my previous delivery. I am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency Distributor, Ramaniah GAS Agency, Valasarawakkam, Chennai.
I have booked the gas for home delivery 3 weeks back . Till today (20.11.09) I haven't got the cylinder.

They have provided 4 no for booking the gas[protected], 24866545,24865399, [protected]).For the past 1 week I was trying to call their agency to inquire about the status . But always the land line no is engaged and the mobile no is switched off or else no one pick up the phone during working hours.

I am facing this problem for the past one year and all the complaints to them have gone in vain. It is becoming increasingly difficult to book the gas . Even if we book the gas it takes almost 1 month for the delivery of the cylinder and that too after so many calls to the agency.

Kindly take necessary action against the agency.

we have booked our gas cylinder for home delievery on 13th Jan 2010.
but still we have not received my gas cylinder. from last two days i am continously making call at our agency. But there is no response.

I am consumer of bharat gas Agency Distributor MILIND GAS SERVICE wz-7, milind market vikas puri New Delhi-18.
I have booked the gas for home delivery 3 Week back. Till today (22/1/10) i haven't got the cylinder.
They have provided for no.for booking the gas[protected], 28541800,[protected] for the past 1 week I was trying to call their agency to inquire about the stauts. But landline no. is engagad.

Delivery of Gas cylinder is very poor and harassing even to get one gas cylinder more then 20 days after a lot of follow up with their office.
1.Phone connectivity is very poor even there is no system of jumping line lot of wait then disconnects the phone.
2.Response is very poor even not reply in systematic way like your booking number, you will get the gas cylinder on when, very uncertain reply etc.

sir in azamgarh city there is only one distributer i e k t gas the customers are so much that they are not deliverig the cylinders to the address even they are not booking the cylinders on phone .. customer have to go to the agency and have booking then on next day have to go to godown as soon as possible in the morning and face a long queue the recieve the filled cylinder if our turs comes before the cylinders are over .. sir i want to why they are not booking the cylinders on phone and nor they deliver it to customers address they only delivers to vip and babus not to general public ...and azamagarh city needs two more distributers of lpg so that costomers are distributed and burden is also distributed
