[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Regarding Reissuing of booking booklet | |||
My consumer no.235 and I am a resident of H.No.1013, Kayasthwara, Sikandrabad, Distt- Bulanshahar(U.P.) (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Jyoti Flames (Indian Gas) is the distributor for my connection. He is not reissuing my booking booklet. My father was expired 20 years back and now he is saying that it needs to be transfered to your mother name.He is asking the Purchase bill and many other affidavit. We have produced some of the documents like death certificate from the hospital, death certificate from the court also. Even then he is not reissuing it. There are many irreruglarties in his service. I am highlighting some of them 1)He is doing mono poly in this locality whenever we need to reissue a booking booklet,it is compulsion to take the Gas tube from the Distributor. 2) His phone number is always engaged and we are not able to book the gas from the phone. We need to be physically present in his agency to book the Gas. 3) He meets the people in between 4.30 to 5.30 only and most of the time he remains out of the office. My mother lives alone over there and she is a senior citizen also.I have already taken 2 leaves for this work but those were also vain. Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system to overcome this situation. Was this information helpful? | |||
