देर डिलिवरी
मैं 29.10.2007 पर एक सिलेंडर के लिए आरक्षित था. इसके 20 से ज्यादा दिन और सिलेंडर अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं है. आज मैं भारत गैस उन्नाव के लिए 20 से अधिक फोन कर दिया जब तक(निकटतम कानपुर टेम्पो स्टैंड) और उन्हें याद दिलाया. कोई फायदा नहीं है, जब कभी मैं एक फोन कर के इसकी, मैं जवाब "यह आज शाम या कल तक तुम सुबह होने दिया जाएगा" लेकिन आश्चर्य यह उद्धार नहीं हो रहा है

I am consumer my no is 7634146 named Harbans Lal Chopra 308/22 Sant Nagar opp Ideal school Hisar. and distributor name is National gas Service 12 A Red Square Mkt Hisar.please note that we are not receiving home delivery from last 5years.but the charges of home delivery is being charged by the distributor.we are getting harassed by the distributor even booking no is given by the distributor we have to get the delivery from his godown.you are requested to take a necessary action against the distributor.Otherwise i want to know the rules of home delivery throw RTI after one month.

Respected sir,
I am a cansumer og bharat gas.my cansumer no. Is 10433.the distributor of bharat gas enterprises Rudrapur (u.s.nager). Phone no. [protected].the distributor has not delivered cylinder at give candition. I have book my cylender at 17-12-13 but they do not given me the cylinder till now. I have Champlain many time in there office but they do not give any response to me.I am annoyed by the poor service of the distributor and Bharatgas but I can't find the alternative.
Please held me and ask the distributor/Bharatgas to supply me the second cylender immediately

I am a consumer of Maa Bharat Gas, Odagaon, Nayagarh, Odisha-752081. The distributor is not giving the home delivery of the cylinder since last 8 months. He is charging on the bill as Rs.432 per cylinder. On enquiry he says" This is the directive from the coy." Irrespective of our repeated request, he is not deliverying at home. and more over he is charging illegal amount of Rs 432.

It is requested that necessary actions be taken at your end to liquidate the persistent problem in the area. A mass is unsatisfied with the service and monopoly attitude of the distributor. I am writing this to you considering you as the authority head under which this type of illegality that too with gas is occuring in this area. I stress that if no action is taken on this issue, I would consider that Bharat Gas is having subsidiary benifit out of this wrongdoings existing since 8 months affecting thousands of customer and hacking the sweat-earned money of people and then it becomes a serious issue.

Gas consumer No 61563154. I have book my gas cylinder for refelling on 07 Feb 2015. Chand Gas agency, Gurgaon has given contact No [protected] for home delivery, I have further inquiry from them, they have refused for home delivery, his audio recording has also been available with me. Dear sir, I am vinod. My complaint is that the distributor of our area is shaheed devender gas agency. And the distributor code is 124328. Thair home delivery is very poor. They deliver gas more than 10to15 days after booking. When i call him they did not attend the call. The fone is allwais angaged.the owner is a laidy. Her behavier is not ok. Plz solve my problem of home delivery as soon as possible. Thanks.
