NEW GAS CONNECTION I WENT TO KALAVATI GAS DISTRIBUTOR,12 SHRAMDEPP APT.AGASHI ROAD,BOLINJ,VIRAR-WEST PIN 401303.AND REQEST FOR NEW CONNECTION ALONG WITH NECSSARY DOUCMENT [MY PASSPORT,MY RATION CARD,APPL.LETTER] IN JANUARY. I HAVE VISITED ON MONTH OF 5 JAN.2011 FOR NEW GAS CONNECTION. I HAVE TOLD,FROM OFFICE ASSITANSE AT PRESENT WE HAVE STOP NEW CONNECTION. EVEN THROUGH SHE HAS TAKEN MY NAME ALONG WITH MY POSTED ADDRES. I HAVE CARRIED ALL THE NESARRY DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMITION WITH APPLICATION,BUT SHE REFUSED TO TAKE. ALSO I ASKED FOR ACKNOWLEGMENT ABOVE MATTER BUT SHE SIMPLY REFUSED. AFTER 25DAYS,I WENT AGAIN FOR SAME MATTER BUT THEY TOLD ME TO COME AFTER 2WEEKS. SINCE FROM JAN TO NOW MARCH 2011. I HAVE VISITED SEVEREL TIME,BUT NOT GIVEN PROPER ANSWER AND AKNOWLEDGMENT. SO I HAVE VERRY MUCH FRUSTED INCLUDING MY FAMILY FOR ABOVE MATTER I REQUSTED YOU PLESE ADVICE ME TO GIVE ME RIGHT SOLUTION OR PROPER PERSON TO GIVE ME RIGHT SOLUTION AND AKNOWLEDGMENT RECIPT. There are too many complaints I have against Kalavati Gas agency. They dont deliver cylender on time. They have very rude attitude in attending customers. They give lot of false commitments wasting customer time. Can some one pls provide me contact details for escallation against this torture we all are going through due to unprofessional attitude of kalavati gas center

I AM THE COMPLAINER WITH CONSUMER NO 34780, REPORTING YOU THAT THIS IS THE THIRD TIME REFILLED GAS CYLINDER WAS LEAKING WHILE CONNECTING TO THE REGULATOR AND EVERY TIME EMERGENCY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IT TIME AND THE PERSON IS CHARGING SERVICE CHARGE EACH TIME AND POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
