Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that I an the consumer of your product and my consumer number is 3000999.
On date- 11/10/2010 the employee of krishna distributer in Bardhwan has taken my Gas booking card along with One cylinder cost price. And I have informed him so many times regarding this matter but till now I have not received any replay from him.
So, i requested to you as soon as possible please resolved this problem.
