[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Petrol — Cheating at Petrol Pump

Petrol — Putting HS Petrol instead of ordinary Petrol, and not starting from 0

I went to the Petrol Pump Opp E-Square theatre in Pune. They just put High Speed Petrol, instead of asking which Petrol I want. On enquiring they said they did not have ordinary petrol so they just put H S Petrol. Also they do not start the reading at 0.

This is a common practice at that petrol pump. The petrol pump should be immediately closed down, or strict action taken against them.

Petrol — charging extra money against normal prices

hello Sir/madam
i am the regular customer of bharat petrolum products mostly "petrol" used for my bike & car.we have a filling station in our city "phillaur" which situated in district jalandhar PUNJAB.The name of the filling station is "SATLUJ FILLING STATION" for the last one year their is no availibity of normal petrol.they are selling only extra premium petrol, but we had a doubt that they cheating with us & they deliver less petrol against full money.most of time we compliant in news paper, but nobody take the action against on that disrtibutor.so we are requested please take some action.hope for good result..

Bharat Petroleum — Petrol value

On many petrol pump of Bharat petroleum the minimum value of petrol to be filled is INRs. 30/- why it is so i dont know?
While when i put from Indian Oil petrol pump near me they accept the value as low as of INRs. 10/- also.Is it the rule that i cant fill the petrol between 10 to 30 Rs.??
I cant put put the value of 30 Rs. Since i am hostelite student everytime since we use bikes of eachother of a short distance.Why should i pay more as 30 Rs. When i have to go for just 10km journey.Please give me the solution.

ON 8.12.2009 WE WENT TO JAIPUR FROM DELHI IN OUR VOLVO JEEP AND ON THE WAY FILLED PETROL AT DHANJI FULES, N.H.8, MANOHARPUR,DISTT.JAIPUR. WHEREAS THE FULE TANK OF VOLVO JEEP IS FOR 73 LITRES MAX, HOW COME THEY FILLED 83.67 LITRE IN THE PETRL TANK. PLS. INVESTIGATE AND OBLIGE.

I Stay at Sinhagad Road and drive a scooty as a matter of fact this is a one petrol pump which is very convinient for majority of citizens in this locality.Unfortunately they cheat on almost every customer who take oil and petrol both.They Charge 4 Rs extra behind every 50 Rs.
Logic:-If i ask them to fill it for 50 rs, he will fill it for 42Rs only saying he has put oil of Rs 8 (40ml) but i[censored] ask him to show the pouch...
1st: it is not completely emptied in the tank
2nd:It is worth 4 Rs

If asked they keep laughing and ignore the issue
this is happening since past more than 8 months
Please do take a appropriete action, this is very serious matter

All petrol pump workers in pune are cheaters.
I am registering the complaint for bharat petroleum because the latest incident happened with me was on bharat petroleum petrol pump.

How those petroleum [censored] workers cheats us.

1. They try to distract our attentions from the petrol pump meter. And do not set the mark to ZERO.
2. They show reluctance in setting the amount before filling petrol.
3. If we request them to set the amount or set the mark to zero then they start barking and make use of vulgar words.
Sometime they refuse to fill petrol also.

All [censored] workers there are mean and impolite. They always try to cheat customers.
I have seen so many incidents of customer and workers conflict on that petrol pump.

I wonder how this kind of extreme debauchery is allowed on petrol pumps.
This is a king of looting people and the helpless people do not know to whom to complaint. Fighting with those [censored] dogs is of no use.

All the petrol Pumps — Not providing petrol for the charge

My name is Arulmurugan.T. In the petrol pumps in and around Namagiripet is not providing petrol as the charged. Foe example When ever customers request them to fill the petrol for Rs.50 they did only for Rs.49.60 or Rs.49.72 like this. Even they have electronic meeter all the pumps doing the same. Because of the I always feel frustrated.

Please take this as a complaint and do the needful or else give me guidelines where should I complaint regarding this.

My complaint is against :Bharat petroleum pump in Chennai-OMR Road.

Workers are cheating like anything especially when you fill the petrol with oil.. They have always charged me 20 Rp extra whenever I asked they told me its for oil.. Today its been written over there that we need to pay only the amount shown on the petrol pump. When i asked also he doesnt bother to answer ...

Another way the guys cheats you at this petrol pump..
I asked to fill in for 200rs. When I noticed my petrol gauge it was not even half of what it should be.
I ignored it for that time and made a point to be carefull for the next time, as I didnt notice the meter while the guy was filling.
Next time i again asked for 200 and was careful enough to figure out that guy punched in 100rs, while the other guy(who takes cash) started a conversation with me. I was quick to figure this out and notice how swiftly they reset their meter, by the time you are engaged in conversation with other guy.
On pointing this out, he filled fr another 100rs.
What a crook these guys are...please beware of this petrol pump, or any petrol pump in general

my name is karan every 2 days i fill bharat petol of Rs 100 or some times 2 letres. but the staff of the petrol pump not filling correctly if i ask to full for Rs 100 they filling Rs. 99.12 only or if i ask to fill 2 letres. they filling 1.75 letres only if i ask they said you get that much only.

Same issue i am facing on 19 JUN 2011 Petrol Cheating Complainant about: Bharath Petroleum Petrol Bulk (Near Kumaran Theater), Medavakkam, Chennai - 60007

I visited the Sai Services pump located on Paud Road, Kothrud in Pune on 29th June 2011. I asked for a filling of Rs 1000 and gave my credit card for swiping. When the attendant came back with the slip for my signature, I notice that another attendant standing near the machine, quickly punched in 1000 on the keypad, so that the reading, which had reached 800, quickly changed to 1000, and the filling was over.
It was clear that as soon as I was distracted by signing the credit card slip, the reading was changed. I asked them about this matter but they ensured that nothing had happened. But I left convinced that I had been conned off and only got petrol worth about 800, while I paid 1000.
This is a VERY serious matter and BPC must take strict action further to stop the cheating. I am quite sure a lot other people have faced this type of cheating

My complaint is against :Bharat petroleum pump in Chennai-opposite to Pachaiyappa's College( Near New Avadi Road and Poonamalli Road Junction)
Today(22.08.2011) i went to this Petrol Pump to fill my tank.at Noon but (Station No.5 and 7 ) the officials who were in duty told me "PETROL NO STOCK". Available only SPEED PETROL I asked them what time ordinary Petrol will come? They replied me after 5 pm only we will get ordinary Petrol.

I am reguler custmer of bharat petrolium since last 18 years. i am satisfy from your quality. but your dealer M/s TARA CHAND & CO. 503 South civil line, Meerut Road, Muzaffarnagar (U.P) cheating in quantity of lubricant in pouches. there are pouches is panchered by the cut top of pouch and reduced the quantity of lubricant by above 85% ( Supose 60 ml. pouch after pancher his quantity approx 10-12 ml. only.) this is not fair and unjustified his staff say that the all cheating / work in supervision of his owner.

My complaint is against sai service petrol pump situated on jangli maharaj road. Today, 9/10/2011 i visited this pump at 10.15pm i asked your concern to fill petrol worth inr 500. He showed the zero reading after i asked him to show he on purpose was covering that meter. He only filled petrol worth inr 420 and was covering it i asked him to move he showed me another meter where you punch the amount of petrol we require before they fill fuel. I had seen that man he had not punched when i asked him to move he was not ready to move and suddenly made the fiqure to zero. I asked him for a bill. It is a piece of paper which doesnot have any number or anything he said they dont have any computerised billing system. Horrible is not the word to such cheaters. I hope you take the necessary action required otherwise no one will feel like filling fuel at any bharat petroleum centre how do we know that there are no cheaters here. But this is there for sure i will never fill fuel at this station and will make all friends and family member aware about cheating this petrol pump did. your brand name is at stake

My Complaint is against Bharat Petroleum petrol pump Indirapuram Ghaziabad. They are cheaters. They always try to distract the customer by the below way.

1. One person will fill the petrol and another from opposite side will ask for the money again and again. The moment you turn your head to that person and give him money, your petrol is completed.
Mine was 500 INR which filled within 20 sec. I turned my head around 300 and within 3 sec it was completed. I shouterd on them but no one listened. I decided to move ahead rather then beating those petrol guys or get beaten by them.
2. I have seen they never give petrol in bottles. They strictly denies it and use abusive words if you request more.
3. Always tries to be rude with people.

Dear Bharat Petroleum, please look into this otherwise who knows one day people will stop filling at your stations. Indian Oil and Shell is the best. They are polite and not cheaters like your petrol pump dealers.
