I wish to introduce myself as Alfred Anand from Chennai. I purchased BigTV package of Rs.5000 the highest package in the lot which has all the channels.The package was purchased on 01.01.2009 and was installed on the very same day. Right from day the channels like Sun, KTV and other channels ofthe sun network went blank and the screen said that i had to pay for the channels, but when i contacted the customerservice executive via the toll free number i was told that the matter shall be imediately looked into and sorted out in 48 hours. My request number was 85186182 Even after a week's time i was not able to view the channels and i kept calling the customer care executive for help butvery sadly till this day this problem still persist. I somehow manageged to call up the cust care executive today (16.01.2008) toexplain te whole story and i was asked not to turn my TV on for four hours andthat there will be an online refreshing of my box which also was not done.I had to again deperately reach for the executive for help and i was told that there had been a mistake while entering mycode instead of the south pack they had updated the north pack.I have been given another request number to day after fifteen days of wait. My new request number is 8019275. My dear friends of BIG TV iam a very loyal customer of all the Reliance products and this is definitely not the kind of treatment that a Loyal customer should get and by not having all good Tamil channels during such festival season makes it all the more frustrating.
