Takn a BIG TV DTH service since Oct. '08 from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Its been a horrendous experience. Statistically, I've been able to view the channles only 15 days a month if we calculate the no. days of its operation. The Call Centre guys just have Complaint nos. and nothing happens thereafter. in the last six seven months, I've umpteen complaints and Innumerable Complaint nos. Its taken not less than 20 days to solve once it goes wrong. I feel cheated, burgled and helpless. Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased two Reliance Big TV connections in April 2009 for my house in Bangalore smart card numbers[protected] &[protected]. I have been having a lot of problems from the last 4 months and now there is no broadcasts from 27/9/2010 morning. My calls to the toll free number[protected] for complaints have been cut off repeatedly. When I dialed for a new connection I finally got through only for a person to talk in Malayalam in place of English.I urge the other subscribers to use the facility for a new connection to lodge complaints. I feel that Reliance is not the earlier Reliance that relied on. BIG TV is just a BIG FRAUD. As such I urge the general public to check prior to subscribing. I will try to lodge a complaint with the consumer court and the outcome of the same will be made available to all who wish to make BIG TV be aware of our problems.

BIG TV — Bad Service
Four to five months ago i have purchased BIG TV from Pune. It still is in under warranty. The smart card number is[protected].It get restart automatically. I called up each and every time to big tv call center, I have up to seven complaint id, but Only two times big tv engineer came and done installation of big tv. But problem is still their. We get bad service. I will never buy like this product again.
