I MR. Manohar k chavan booked for BIG TV DTH SERVICE from APPCO MARKETING PVT.LTD... The Representative MR. PAVITRA KUMAR insured us that within 2days your bigtv dht service will be installed .. We been waited for a weeks calling up all the possible representative, waiting for an favourable response, result disppointment.. Nearly more than one week has gone .. no result.
Any call to APPCO customer...

Dear Sir,
My Big Tv set top box damaged from 27th day of September,2009. i logged many complain against this matter in there customer care. The customer care officials said that ' it will be attending with in 48 hours'. but still today(03.12.2009) neither come nor phone call received by me. the daily charges of my subscription is deducted every day.
This is not the first time in previous months...

Takn a BIG TV DTH service since Oct. '08 from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Its been a horrendous experience. Statistically, I've been able to view the channles only 15 days a month if we calculate the no. days of its operation.
The Call Centre guys just have Complaint nos. and nothing happens thereafter.
