Blackberry — Instant Crack in Display | |||
This is w.r.t work order number HYD/BB/12/00239; i gave my blackberry on 12th April'12 for servicing as their was instant problem in display. I came across display problem on 11th April evening time, as I had long telephonic call about 3:30 min during this call i could see a small patch in display and this patch went on to become larger when i saw hand set after 3 hrs; this 3 hrs i kept hand set for charging. Due to this display problem i visited blackberry service center and gave them for servicing, and today(23rd April'12) i been to your office to recollect it and your people are saying "THAT is a DISPLAY PROBLEM AND WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SAME". Its unfortunate that i have got a defective display piece and the problem occurred in Warranty period only now my question is WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR REPAIRING DEFECTIVE DISPLAY PIECE?. Furthermore, On Saturday on called up customer care at[protected] inquired about above mentioned work order number and they said me problem has been rectified and asked me to come and collect it on 23rd April'12. for the same when i went to service center they are telling me still my handset is in bangalore and will receive it by tomorrow 5 pm i.e 24th April'12 evening time. This is the situation then why did your customer care person not bothered to inform us, I have wasted my time as i been to your service center. This is totally unethical and unprofessional way to earn money and as well as servicing a client as well. Now please any one can help me to come out off this problem and i dont want to pay for the problem which is came from manufacturer. Was this information helpful? | |||
