FIRSTLY I SORRY TO TELL THAT SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM BLACKBERRY. I have purchased new white bold 2 9700 with pin no 25DAD69E on 26/01/2011n IME NO [protected] from mumbai n i have given my handset thrice to service center at borivali (west) for various problem as follows 1) volume button problem 2)handset hanging problem n many times i have updates OS5 as ur representative told software problem 3) i had submitted my handset on 29 th december 2011 for ear piece sound was cracking and it was burst latter i had informed n aslo dat problem got solved and i got my handset on 8 th january 2012 4) again on 12 th i submitted my handset for track pad problem and i told ur representative to get replaced my handset ad its defective and on 19 th i got handset replaced and new pin no 26E57DAC and IME NO [protected] and in that handset again same problem persist and also other problem of vibrator of handset is not proper working. so my question is that getting replaced handset n with new handset how anyone face any problem.again i have to submit my handset.
again on 21/01/2012 i submitted my handset to service center of borivali west for handset which replaced by ur company in that same fault arise my respone no is ZRV/BB/11/06478 IME NO [protected].i have also mailed my problem detail to mr.chaitanya excelation department.but no respone.THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM BLACKBERRY.I M WITHOUT MY CELL FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.
