I HAVE PURCHASED BLACKBERRY 8530 HEANDSET IN THE MONTH OF APRIL, 2011. AFTER TWO MONTH AGO IN THIS HANDSET A BATTRY BACKUP PROBLEM & HANDSET HEATUP DURING CHARGING.
I HAVE SUBMITTED MY HEADSET IN LAJPAT NAGAR SERVICE CENTRE , NEW DELHI .THEY SUBMITTED MY PHONE FOR 10 TO 15 DAYS. AND AFTER THAT I HAVE RECIVED MY PHONE THEY TOLD ME BOARD HAS BEEN CHANGED BUT AFTER 4 -5 DAYS I HAVE CHECKED BATTERY PROBLAM WAS SAME AND AGAIN I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHONE IN BLACKBERRY SERVICE CENTER IN LAJPAT NAGAR.
NOW 4-5 DAYS THEY CHECK AND TOLD ME WE HAVE CHANGED BATTERY OF THIS PHONE BUT I AM USING IT AND FOUND SAME PROBLEM.
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
