[Resolved]  blackberry storm 9530 — Blackberry mobile purchase horror story.

I wish to register a complaint against the site "Fashion and You "
Fashion and You.

I had made the following orders from them online :

Order No. :1133764
Oder date : 11/30/2011 12:08:00 PM
Products : BLACKBERRY STORM 9530
Total value + Vat : 8999.00
Payment Mode : Credit Card

The product was swiftly delivered to me by courier . From their onwards the horror story started : The mobile sent to me was an used one with contact details and messages stored in it.
I promptly called up customer service and asked them for a refund and they assured me the same and asked me to courier the product back to them.
The courier reached back to them on 06.12.2011.
Since then they have till now not given me any clarity on when they would refund the money or if they actually would.
The customer service agents keep on mentioning that they have no update from the concerned department and would update me in about 3 working days time.
Today i.e 12.12.2011 the stipulated time line provided by them got over. Again the customer service agent gave the same explanation that they have no specific update and would confirm the same in another 48 hrs.

This has become an extreme case of harrasment and i firmly believe they are running a con job by cheating hapless customers like me.
Please do help me in this regard.

blackberry storm 9530 — FAILURE TO WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

Vide order number 3507625 dt 1-3- 2012 I had purchased Blackberry storm 9530 by cash on delivery FROM NAAPTOL .
On opening of the Parcel I found scratch marks on the touch screen as well as back side of the set and I also found it is a Used Verizone registered unlocked set from US.
On operation of the same I found its Blue tooth, Camera. USB port for data transfer , Video and Music are not functional .
With in 24 hours of receipt of the hand set I registered complaint with their Customer Care vide number 2534756 dt 2-3-2012 .
They have promised to rectify / replace through their vendor who will call up and provide address and tele phone number for contact .
Till today I have no response from them .
Every day I complain their customer Care and they promise that by the same evening it will get resolved .
But I have not heard from them so far nor resolved .
I am totally helpless and got cheated by this company. This way NAAPTOL are cheating the public by giving used and faulty hand sets to the general public .
Now I have left with no option than going public and approach Customer courts against naaptol company for reddressal of my grievance.
Any suggestions or advice from public are welcome.

As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3507625] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

Request your patience in the interim.
