[Resolved]  Blackberrys — The fabric faded away and developed white spots on first wash.

I had purchased a blackberry khaki trouser. It faded away and developed white spots after the first wash. I complained at a blackberry store but they did not show any positive response. I want my money back from the company or my trousers to be replaced.
I tried to get it done several times during last 2 years but no action was taken from the company.

Blackberrys — Poor Commitment and Faulty Products

I have purchased 1 Shirt (Style NL-STF 115)/Purple Color/Size XL from blacberrys store which got bleed in its first wash. I have raised the complaint at the same store on 31/07/2011. My complaint was entertained by Sales person Mr. Md. Khalid.

I was being convinced to cooperate with the company giving value to the formal process of sending the shirt at HO for Quality check and was promised to get the resolution for the same with in 10 days time. I have also asked Mr. Khalid to get the same replaced at the same moment.

I want the answers from the company end for below mentioned questions as I am unnecessarily being involved in to thing which has no value:

Complaint:

1. Can blackberry agrees that customer has to bear with no fault of the customer if blackberrys shirt bleeds in its first wash after so many standards of international level.

2.When i was committed to get the solution of the same done in 10 days time then why I was not being contacted by anyone. I was forced to turn up to the outlet after 2 days delay to ask the status,. Do you believe that today people have time to fight for the 1200 rupees.

3. After so much of time spend I was given the solution to take the shirt in replacement which i have suggested at the first point in time. I was being told by Sales person that this gesture is as an compensation from the company at its fault. I am amazed to note that I have paid and waited and getting my thing back as a gesture of compensation from the company. This is the hallucinating part i have heard.

4. The shirt which I have bought on 30% discount is now available at Flat 50% discount.
My loss of 20% variance with no fault of mine.

5. Also, as I was provided with the choice to take shirt in replacement so I would like to bring it in to your notice that I will definitely not take the same shirt in replacement because of the defect I have seen and to choose a shirt in replacement from the lot which are already left outs of the sale period is what I can never bear.

I have also raised the complaint mail in the company on 12/08/2011 but got no revert till date
