My relative did courier my important document on 10 march 2011 from delhi to indore .my consignment number is 209167185. i have contacted so many times to indore blazeflash office but they didnt respond me.after some time i tried to contact delhi blazeflash office but they didnt picked my phone.after that i mailed to customer care team and mr. sachin agarwal but they also didnt give any solution. lastly i call Mr. Sindhu Lapsha (GM-Franchisee) on 9871960920 and he gave me number of delhi customer care 9650302157.i caled to this number and told my problem and after listening my problem they hold my phone for 10 minutes and not respond me ...
I have to operate my leg in very urgent.I dont know what to do.at last i have decided that i will go in legal amongst them.
