i would like inforn that a complaint The Blazeflash courier Company.A parcel containing an important item was couriered on the[protected] from Delhi to Kota, K.S.Oils Ltd Baran Road, Kothari Globle village- Thathed, Kota consintment no.[protected].
I'd also like to suggest, that some action for nondelivery and rude behaviour of company employees Mr. Sandeep Kothai should be taken so that they learn to be careful about others precious stuff.

Our Delhi office book a consignment[protected].05.2009) for Alaknanda, Bilaspur address office on 16.05.2009, but the till date its not deliver to Bilaspur Address. I have quareyyesterday to there local office of Blazeflash the consirn person says that your parcel is come at here and courier boy deliver in evening, we are waiting for that person but noone come at our office, for the next day I have again call to local office the same person told me that your consignment will not received from there end, again he says he will trace the consignment no. and there status.

In this packet our urgent document will send from Delhi and same will submit in Railway. In this negligency we are apologise in Railway. So what is the benefit of courier if it will not deliver in 6 days. please take a strict action in this regards.

Dear Sir,

I want to register a complaint against The Blazeflash Courier Company. We have sent a parcel containing important papers to M/s MIRC Electronics Ltd. (ONIDA) on the 20th May 2009 from Noida to Andehri (East), Mumbai. The Docket No. of the same is[protected]. The Courier had sent through authorized franchise of Blazeflash Courier, M/s Tiwari Express.

Inspite of repeated enquries at Andheri (East), Mumbai, the said company is unable to tell the status of my parcel even after 16 Days. My complaint no. with Blazeflash Courier Mumbai is 252 dated 04.06.2009. We have talked to Mr. Sandeep/Mr. Gilani (Whose Mobile No. [protected]) had assured us that there is no information available on net, so we shall confirm the same after 4.00 p.m. today on 04.06.2009 after manual sorting of all parcels. Though while contacting to Mr. Sandeep/Mr. Gilani at 4.00 p.m., they replied that we have informed to Tiwari Express, Noida (through where we have sent the courier to M/s MIRC Electronics Ltd. (ONIDA)) and talk to them directly and no information had given to us.

I could be grateful, if the Company people could be persuaded to locate my parcel and deliver the same to desired destination.

I would like to suggest, that some action for non-delivery and rude behavior of company employees should be taken so that they learn to be careful about others precious stuff.

Dear sir
This is the worst ever possible courier service in the world. my consignment no.[protected] from delhi to pune was booked on 27/07/09. When they came for delievery after 2 days my office was closed because they ca, e at 7'0 clock in the evening. They told me about this on call amd in reply i said that you please take it with ypu i[censored] want i will come to office nad collect it.But they told tommarow they will send it again on the same address. But from that date till 4/8/09 i was dialling their numbers such as[protected], 24461146, [protected].26140059, 65202164, [protected]. Every no. i called some time they are busy some time not picking and when somebody picks t up will give you another number and like this i got all these numbers.
Finally they showed in their status that my consignment is returned to delhi. It was a rakhi from my sister and she is crying because of this.
Please register my complaint.

but the packet is not delivered yet.

I will be grateful if the Company people could be persuaded to locate my packet and deliver the same.
