My courier was booked on 27th July' 09 from Lucknow to Faizabad. Today ie 4th Aug' 09 only I had received it. There were no contact no written over the packet that is why they were not able to rang me even. The contact no shd be must. Please do enquire and communicate to me at the earliest. My courier was booked from G T B Enclave, Delhi on 10/03/12 with docket no.[protected] . I am very sorry to say till time, courier is not delivered to me . I have called at your Sukhrali office Gurgaon, There is no response from your kind office. I am very upset from your service. Please improve your service or close it. Otherwise some body will file case against you in court.
