[Resolved] Blazeflash Courier Service — Non delivery of parcel | |||
This is to inform you and update you with my grievance caused by your courier service. I had booked my parcel to be sent from Mumbai to Bangalore,Karnataka on with shipment no.[protected] and it was promised by the person so authorised that it will be delivered within 3days.I understand that there might be some problem and it might get delayed by a day or two but not longer than that. But its almost more than 3 weeks and the package has not been yet delivered. But the courier company tracking system shows that 'Deliverd by SR Nagar'. I called so many time SR NAGAR branch but didn't get a response- either the lines are busy all the time or the person would not answer the call. It contains some important document and i need them ASAP. This is the case of serious mismanagement, disgusting behavior of your staff and to my shock you have given contacts on Internet and no one attends the call from the same. Blazeflash Courier Service — Bad Blazeflash courier service
Hi AllIt my humble request to all the members of customer complaints that not to send any courier using Blazeflash. I am having 2 bad experiences with the Blazeflash courier services in both the cases my couriers were opened and half of the stuff was missing from them. On asking from them they only took the information and never reverted back. I kept on sending mail and calling them but no one care to look into matter. At last i am writing it here to share the experience with you all so that my fiends should not face this issue.
Very bad service, not delivered the courier. It’s almost more than 12 days I have not received the courier from them.
Do not use this courier for your needs. Better is to go with any other.
There Bangalore people really do not know how to talk to customers. Very rude... very bad ... they are simply ideots.

blaze flash is the wrost courier service in india i got a courier from delhi they didn't deliver it to me they call me and said come to the office and collect your courier even when i am only 10 Kms far away from their office is this the service bludy service.

HI,I am really Fed up with the non-professional behaviour of Blazeflash Courier Staff in Hyderabad.They are really very rude and very cheap employbelity.
