[Resolved] BookmyHoliday.in — Booking of E-Package of 7 Nights & 8 Days | |||
Dear All, Bookmyholidays.in, a promotional scheme by Bag it today is a real bogus promotional scheme. While taking the booking amount, you will be promised with bundle of commitments but once after making the payment and then asking for bookings, the real gimmick starts. Of-course they (Customer Care Team @ +[protected] never calls back, which is expected since they have cashed on your credit card and now you are the one who is suppose to be after them, keep on calling them, the way they did to sell the package. On each call a new executive will pick up the call and all you will get is false commitments and assurances to give call back which they never do... In all this BOOKMYHOLIDAY.in is a big gimmick and started by bunch o[censored]n-trustworthy and money sucking peoples. I am already suffering and gone through all these things and via this complaint like to make sure that no one else should face the harrasment, the way I'm facing. i my self is dr devendra kalaria and i purchase affordable holidays -7-night 8 days from TODAY RETAIL NETWORK PVT LTD. new delhi and my invoice no - TRNPL/10-11/351066 AND order no-374674 and invoice date is[protected]. my membership no-BIT[protected]. tracking id-715597.
now my complaint is i send booking voucer request form to you on the date of[protected] for goa holidays in the month of august 20th to 26th august. for the same i have to book my train or flight tickets and without your confirmation i can not do the same. i want your response for the same as early as possible. i tried to contact you by phone call but everytime your custmor care number comes busy and i could not contact you. this is my first experince with you people and it comes like this which is disgrate me and i think in future i would not like to suggest any one if it not work properly.
my booking id[protected] and form no-10774. if possible contact me on my cellno.[protected] as early as possible. i am waiting for your respose.

Yes, I agree with your completely Ankur. Bookmyholiday is bogus offer. At the time of payment, they promised me that they will give me accommodation in any part of the India I want, but now, when I sent them list of destinations with 3 choices, none is available from that. They are giving booking at places where either the resort is low quality or where there is off-season period in that city.

Have file a case in consumer court. And now have to give compensation. Or send me the confirmation as soon as possible for kerala.
Have send you voucher code request form Dated on 20/06/2011, My form number is 12862, my booking I D is[protected], my Invoice Number is TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/47736, Order Number is 43700, Order Date is[protected], Invoice Date is[protected], Item Code A1671, Item Description- Affordable Holidays-7nights 8 Days, Unique Number[protected], TIN Number [protected], Amt has been paid well in Advace of Rs 7000 and Demand Draft of Rs 750 Dated 20/06/2011 Demand Draft No 6721 is from HDFC BANK along with the Invoice and Voucher form has been send but yet nothing has been done.

I also face a problem. I sended a Booking Voucher at Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt.Ltd. but my Booking Voucher was returned due to Address is changed (as per reasone given by Postal Dept., ) Also they did not reply my many e-mail's & Calls. I THINK THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY
