My complaint is against the On-line Shopping done via E-Bay. I paid the required amount including all taxes for the above product. The details of my payments are as below:

** I Paid the net amount on 30th November.

** The seller had shipped the item on 01-Dec-11 with the following shipping details:
Courier Name: FIRST FLIGHT
Airway Bill Number: M21987668
The seller has been notified of the refund claim and will be given 5 days to appeal against it. If the seller appeals against the claim, PaisaPay will evaluate the proof on hand and make a decision in favour of you or the seller. PaisaPay's decision in this matter will be final.

** Courier company has made multiple attempts for delivery but door was locked as per their website update and they have returned consignment back to us.

Request you to provide correct contact number & address so we can reship it and get it delivered.

** Replied them with the above address and all phone number. However no response.

** I initiated a refund on 12th Dec
You have requested a refund on 12-Dec-11 for item (Brand New HP Deskjet All in one Printer Scanner Copier 2050 National Warranty ) for Rs. 4,028.00 since you did not receive the item within the delivery deadline of 08-Dec-11.

** Still no response.
