[Resolved]  Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd. — refund of fees

I sumit kumar had taken admission in Brilliant Tutorials, Ranchi Centre for test series(IITJEE/AIEE/BITSAT-2012) on 13th september 2011 against a payment of Rs. 3320. my grievance is that they took his admission although they had knowledge of the internal crisis they were facing. But soon after that I came to know that Brilliant Tutorials had shut down indefinitely without providing us with any proper refund. Secondly, no one is lifting the phone in Ranchi or in Chennai.This is sheer harassment for the parents and the student because hardly a few months are left for the exams. Please look into the matter and try to get us compensation for the physical and mental harassment being faced by us so that no private institution plays a fool with the future of students
