A broadband connection of Air Tel installed at my residence on dt.26/06/2012 with a wi-fi modem wide model no.DT845W Make Binatone, which is out of order since dt. 12/08/2012 I lodged a complaint on dt. 13/08/2012 and after that number of complaints have already lodged through phone & mail also but no any suitable action has been taken so far. Now I am frustrated with the working of the such type of company whose dealing with a international level
Further, you are also requested to minus the billing amount for those period wherein the broad band connection was out of order.
I would also like to inform you that the engineer of the company neither issue a fresh modem nor issue the payment receipt of Rs.1499/-, I gave a cheque of Canara Bank, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, wide cheque no.910273 dt. 25/06/2012, to the sales executive Mr. R. Khan [Mob. No.[protected]] for the said amount favoring Superwave Communication.
If company will not issue a fresh modem, disconnect my connection immediately & take their modem & reimburse the payment along with penalty which should be Rs.10000/-.
Please take serious action in this regard and oblige.
