Broadband Connection — Erratic and dysfunctional connectivity
I have tele number[protected] installed at my residence 10 N Dilkusha Married Officers Accommodation, Cantt, Lucknow and have subscribed for broad band connectivity for more than two years now. Since January 2008 the broad band connectivity has been very erratic and is so dysfunctional that there is no reliance on the service. I have made several complaints and other than assurances no proper and due corrective action has been taken. The connection continues to be erratic and absolutely undependable. At times we have not been able to connect for days together and no redressal is forthcoming from the concerned staff. In view of the above PLEASE ARRANGE TO DISCONNECT THE BROAD BAND CONNECTION FORTHWITH AND ALSO STOP THE BILLING FOR THE BROAD BAND SERVICES FORTHWITH. I am keeping a meticulous record of all the communication made to your offices regarding this problem for the last four months for my further action if the broad band subscription is not terminated forthwith.Broadband Connection — Outlook / Netscape Configuration

Broadband — Outlook configuration
Dear Team,I have installed the BSNL connection on sep 2008, but i am unable to establish the connection in outlook express. PLease give me the guidence or send some technical person to solve the problem.

Broadband Connection — not instal
last month your broadband sales executive Mr. Darshit Thakkar came to me for broadband connection,I have given payment of Rs. 3010/ 00 by chequ of dt.25/042009 in favor of GTPL . he had given promise to install connection within 7 days . i have call him so many times he had reply me that i will gate refund.
but still today no refund or no connection do some thing

I had a broad band connection for phone no.[protected]. Oftenly it dosenot work. But for the last two days it not at all working. Due to this I am facing lot of problems. I had made a complaint vide complaint no. 954055. But still it has not been rectified. Kinldy arrange to rectify it. our broadband connection is not working for last 3 weeks. I compalined in th e ayranadu exchange and get my compalint number (678) . now there is no response in it . what should i have to do ?our telephone no is [protected]. please do the favour for my complaint.

Respected Sir,I, Upendra Rawat, on behalf of Dr. P.S. Rawat, user of the telephone no SFS /2630069, consumer number PBCHD[protected], Bill number T[protected] do hereby report that I was issued a telephone bill issued by Chandigarh Telephones on September 20, 2010. On reading it, I came to know that the bill instructed me to pay Rs. 1805 for the month of August calculated from 01/08/2010 to 31/08/2010.

I want to mention hereby that the number o[censored]nits it is claiming to have used of the internet is too much inflated than we have actually used it. As a matter fact the phone remained disconnected on 4 days in the August due to some snag in the telephone network. I use internet for a period of 2-3 hours a day and that too not on everyday basis. I just want to know the reason for this inflation and how it can be corrected. I also want to emphasize that if the figures in the future coming bills remain inflated as this one, then I would have to go for simply disconnection of the phone as I would be left with no other alternative. I also want to know how I would get the reimbursement of my bills if there is found to be any fault in billing, calculation o[censored]nits, or of any other kind.
I am putting down previous bills details and along with internet usage to further strengthen my claim.

After submitting my complaint I was given Registration No. DOTEL/E/2010/05455 to which there has been no follow up. I want to know what action has been taken to refund the overcharged amount.

The broadband connection with the subject phone is not working since 5 Dec. 07. The complaint was lodged through PSTN Call Centre Phone No. 1500 on 5-12-07. Repeatedly the concerned officials were contacted on Telephone nos. 2358600 and 2358601 and every time it was assured that the person would be reaching the next day for attention but the complaint was not attended till date.If the department is really serious about the customer grievances, it is requested that the attention to the complaint may kindly be arranged at the earliest.
