Not Responding call and not fixed the problem from last 24 hours

Power is not coming from last 24 hours i have tried to call BSES guys but they not response any call phone is always on hold power is not coming complete gali 7 please suggest me what should i do

i am residing at Q.No.143/I, govt. press colony, mayapuri, N.D-64. i have complained four days earlier about low voltage and fluctuation of electricity supply but not response has been received till date. not only myself but almost half a dozen of people have logged complain about this problem. they all are very disappointed with the service of bses.
