Dear Sir,
I had taken two new no- [protected], [protected]. Both are signed by Mr.Sumit on verification visit. My both verification got negatives because I had bad relation with Mr sanjeev Sharma working in verification deparment. This is unprofessional service provide to me.

I visit vodafone store, lawernce road, amritsar, many times they don't want to cooperate me just for sake of his employee. Their i already talk with Mr. lokesh head and Mr. sourabh who also visit our address on 4-apr-2009. I asked please provide me in written that i was not leaving on my address but they only provide me verbally and when i told him that you can talk with customer care of vodafone on my phone they simply replied me why i talk with customer care and they didn't talk with customercare

Reason for negative in my both verification are shown same. how this thing is possible that 4 times verification had same comments by two same person. Even one neighbour vijay drinks was in delhi and just visit amritsar on 2-4-2009. Even i personally visit with your store employee mr.Sourbh in my neighbour house Mr. Parvesh arora who is most senior person in my area.
I also showed my voter card and passport to mr. sourabh both having same address 1317/8 nimak mandi, opp gandhi ashram, Amritsar.

Please consider this case on high periorites otherwise you can refund my security and activation charges which your employee take after visit in our address.

This is to bring to your notice power theft that is happening in C- 68, Panchsheel Enclave, Near Chirag Delhi Flyover New delhi.

The residents of this house are running a mineral water plant in the basement for a couple of years now. This is illegal as this is a residential colony. Since they have a domestic connection and consuming power used for commercial establishments there is regular load shedding in the colony. Whenver we have complained to BSES officials in Hauz Khas office they say they will do something but it seems that they are being paid to keep quiet in this matter. Kindly look into this. Am not sure what the connected load is but am sure it is much more that one would need to run a house.

this is to bring to your notice that street lights in bhera enclave lic colony remain open during day time
it brought to the notice of bses helpline on 9-8-09 complaint number [protected] & also on 13-8-09
compaint number [protected] but no action has been taken.It is a pitty that by dissoloving DESU
which was having looses o[censored]pto 50% but bses has not done better .The pilfrage or you can say losses
have not been controled byBSES for which it was formed.

BSES — Line Men don't come

Line men don't fix the cable proper and due to that every second day or so I need to call them. They take enormous time to come. Everytime I have to call at least 5 times then some one comes and fix it temporarily.

this is to inform u that there is a theft of elctricity is going on in our area flat no b-696, b-698 same owner tigri khanpur, oppiste ram devmandir.many number of video games running without meter . meter stop in whole day. water moter, gyser, heater, 2 ac running without meter. 5 tenants stay in house.whole day 24 hours power theft in home.i do already complaint many times. but no action.. i have no response from bses call center illilgal connection (direct line) and their bill comes around 400 to 700 rs.plz take action sir or mam. thanks. i hope u take this action..from this complaint.

The Meter Is In Last Owners Name( Mrs Gopal Or Mr Gopal) At Present There Are A Garment Factory Of Jameel Ahmed,
Jamil Ahmed Son Mohsin Have A Remote For The Meter And He Use Remote After The Evening To Stop The Meter Till The Morning,
They Also Have A Cut On The Cable To The Way To Meter But It Hide Somewhere Now Because They Make A Room On The Front,
Please Take Full Action To Them And Stop A Theft,
Hope U Will Take Necessary Action Otherwise I Will Go To BSES Bhawan Next Time Because These Guys Have Contacts In Bses Employees, I Don't Know The Person's Name But I Saw Him Saving Him When Last Time BSES Raids On The Given Address.

My name is MORIUM BEGUM W/O SK SABIR ALI residence of H. No-12A/92.Gali No-15.Vijay Mohallah, Mauj Pur.Delhi-110053. I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem that I had already applied for the new meter connetion at my above said address and submitted all the supporting documents. My file No-N[protected] date 9/3/10 in Nandagiri BSES office (12.5 pm). Till date there is no development in my case and every time BSES person gives me new excuse So, I am very frustrated and my voice falling in deaf ears.
This is my humble request to the Senior management to look into the matter and provide me a new meter connection at earliest. As summer season is ahead it is very difficult to live without electricity.
I have visited so many time your office for submission of installation fees but your employee response is very negative and not bothering for customer complain.
Please solve my problem at earliest.

There are many flats who take the electricity by direct line and also have meter connection.
