[Resolved]  BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. — Excess Bill

Inspite of my several complaints/requests on phone, letter by Speed Post, no action is being taken by the BSES authorities for excess bill of Rs. 12857.36 for Aug.2012 on my meter No. 13000890. I have requested for checking my meter as well.
Can you advise BSES to expedite the action on my request?
