I have been using the BSNL online Bill payment website (EBPP) for more than 3 months to view my telephone bills online. Suddenly from last 20days my password is not working and i tried BSNL customer care 1500. They have asked me to reach nearest customer service centre and give a written letter, so that they would mail my new password. After a week i got sometime to visit the customer care. After i convey the complete information to them, i found that they were not aware of anything about Online bill payment and the problem that i have. They refused to take my complaint. I again mailed to bsnl and im asked to fax the letter to 080-2665811.
To reset a password for the registered users, i dont know why BSNL has this tedious procedure and earns customers angry and dislike.

I had applied for a new telephone connection.The great job of giving my line took more than 1 month for BSNL BANGALORE (without telephone directory).
After getting connection, it took more than 1 month for getting broad band modem.In the mean time, my phone no 080-23180152 had gone dead!(due to very bad open wire exposed all weather)
Such is the attitude of BSNL.The claim of BSNL employees that they are very efficient is all bull shit.
Agreeing to the complaint raised by Boopathi Duraisamy, The EBPP facility is such a hectic procedure and i am clueless on where to lodge a complaint and ask them for reseting the password. Due to the unavailability of time i am not able to visit the office and pay and would always prefer to pay online as it is less time consuming, please let me know how do i get this password reset and pay bills online.
hamane bsnl telephoe connection ke appley kiya hai, per hamako aaj 20 day ho gaye hai.par bsnl ne hamako abhitak new connection diya nahi.aar hamane pahale broadband connection liya to hamko password 1 month ke baad diya gaya tha.kay aage bhi bsnl ki system aase hi chalegi, please tell me.

I had filed a complaint be calling 1500 about the phone being dead. I received a docket no 3626. No action was taken fr 2 days. On enquiring at the concerned telephone exchange, they say no complaint has been registered at all. This is sheer nuisance. Its since 5 days and no action has been taken.
Serious action must be taken and complaints raised against the concerned people, otherwise we can NEVER hope to get good service and maintenance.
I have a BSNL connection number 23324575, and had complained several times to change the instrument. infact ours is new connection and we have recd faulty instrument and when we have brought to the notice of the service men Mr. Chikanna of Rajajinagar area, he in reply said you will get such kind of instrument only. I was surprised and within six month it is completely dead and it is replaced with old instrument and again we are facing same problem every time we cant communicate properly.
My sincere request is please provide us with good new instrument and not face any problem in future. To be frank because of this we are very dispointed about BSNL BANGALORE TELEPHONE services.. The service is very very poor.

Due to urgency and irresposible from BSNL side for getting the CELL Phone conection and Land Line with Broad Band , now we have the both Cell phone connections (TATA) and Broad Band Connection (Airtell High Speed unlimitted) of Private Operators.
Expectation: 1.Like to know the way to have BSNL Connections. 2.Probable date of provision of the New Phone Connection with regard to the above registration.
