[Resolved]  BSNL broadband 750 ul plan — slow speed

I am using BSNL home UL 750 plan from past one and half year.I am getting only 256kbps (i.e 32kBs) whereas my other friends are getting 512kbps (i.e 64 Bs) with the same UL 750 Home plan. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please look into the matter so that I can get the higher bandwidth.Please do something.

I have registered a complaint with BSNL For ISP Login Failiure, on 07/26/2009, they said it will take 24 hours to solve the issue, and technical people will call and help with this, then they said they transferred the issue to exchange to check with server, but i am not getting any response from them, chrompet exchange number[protected], no one is picking the call. (Its better to issue this fancy numbers to cunsumer) my complaint number 88424386, Telephone number 22486119.

I had HOME 250 plane. It was very nice. this month ( August 2009 ) I changed my plan to HOME UL 750. The second day I found that it was very very slow. Why are you doing like this? Please look into the matter.

i am using bsnl 750 ul plan my downloading sped is not more than 36kbps ???
what cain i do for increase sped please sugges me ...

I hve bsnl 750ul home plan . i am getting to much low speed even if 10 kbps some time. i never get more than 30 kbps i would request to please take further steps in order to solve the problem

BSNL — Getting very lower bandwidth over Broadband Connection

I have taken BSNL broadbrand connection (Plan UL750) as mention it should provide me 256kbps bandwidth but in mycase it is providing me only 14-50 kbps(not KBps).

I have repeatedly compaint the exchange but all went in vain. Please help.

Dear Sir,

I have BSNL Broadband internet connection (with phone line). I have Huawei Quidway WA1003A Modem.
The problem is whenever I tried to connect to the internet the connection will be on 5 min. or so, then the connection stops. Refreshing does not help. Sometimes I switch off the Modem and switch on. Sometimes I get the connection. But again the problem persists. Thus, if I want to listen to a song online, it will take an HOUR or so.

I complained to BSNL, Banglore. They responded and the connectivity was OK then. But again after 2 days the same problem continues.

I do not know whether the same type of problem is faced by other BSNL Broadbank users and what is the real problem. Whether it is line fault or failure at BSNL server.

I request you to take up the matter with appropriate authorities and solve the problem.

BSNL 750 plus plan — Amount

Just last month I requested for a conversion for750+ from 500 . To my surprise the bill amount is Rs 1900. ie Rs 900 more than last month . No proper advice/ Selection of plan is given to reduce expenditure.
Further I requested to pass on discount for public sector employee as Iam retired employee (Attested copies were submitted to Customer care office.) Obviously no care is taken. When enquired they are asking me to approach Head office, Commercial officer.
I request concerned authorities shall give proper advice to customers as Offices are spread all over. Only service is required.

even i hate this...u pay more but u get less speed...
i hav updated 2 the 750 plan frm 250 plan, coz i was getting vry high bill in 250 plan, so changed it 2 unlimited downloading wid 750 plan...but my downloading speed is 1-2 kb/sec...this is ridiculous...wat the hell will i do with unlimited downloading when i m getting speed lyk dis...bsnl is a big CHEAT...

BSNL Home 1350 UL — BSNL BroadBand doesn't work

BSNL(Bull Sh*** Nigam Ltd.) is an organization(?) that I am subscriber of (Home 1350 UL Plan). Let's concentrate on UL. How many ULs I got with this connection. 1) UnLimited Tension i[censored] ve something official deadline based work to do. 2) UnLimited loss of face in the office. 3) UnLimited numbers of calls to KashtMar Kare (customer care) with onle one response- Koramangala server down. 4) UnLimited number of BSNL cell no of those to contact to get my problem fixed because customer care is careless itself !!!! Agony doesn't end here. In my apartment one day one BSNL type man came, rang the doorbell and asked us whether we lodged any complaints for broadband issues. I at once said WOOOOOOOW !!! I called my wife and told GOD himself has come !!! I told him very politely, although it was very tough, that we tried lodging complaint but we got some cell numbers perhaps one of them sent you. He at once realized that we did not lodge any complaints and gave me , Guess What !!!!, another bsnl cell no. And then he told he has come for someone's else's complaint and he can only solve our problems if ***** whatever u cud understand I didn't have patience to hear that If clause. Imagine my plight after satisfactorily enjoying 2MbPS Airtel BB for 1.5 yrs, how i must be feeling. Connection never lasts for more than 30 mins. I lose my VPN and can't work from home. Unlike others I've no plans to appeal to so called authorities otherwise I will get guess what yet another contact number. With heavy haert I got married , changed my house and with even heavier heart I had gone for BSNL but now the time has come to feel light and say Bye Bye to all this. And one more thing... Deepika Padukone(Brand JhAmbassador) never came even in my dreams to enquire about my connection.

The people having 750 UL or 750 UL plus, should get atleast 1 mbps speed
While tata and reliance are giving 3.1 mbps @ 1750 per month
We are paying 750 Rs/month. and what we get is 256 kbps.
SEE THE LOGIC:-
for paying 1750 Rs we get 3.1 mbps
1750 -:- 3 = 583.34...
we are paying more than 583.34 i.e we pay 750 Rs
so we should get atleast 1.5 mbps or 1 mbps

Pleeeeeeeeese Help ! I also changed my bsnl bb plan from 250 home plan to ul 750 and from then i'm getting very slow downloading speed . I have too wait a long to see even a video of 2:00 m .This speed is very low than ever before. Please do something to solve this problem.

The connection speed of your so called BSNL "broadband" is very very pathetic.Home 750UL has a speed of a dial up which is insufficient to watch videos and it is not at all enough for to meet demands of web 2.0.Arise BSNL! please adapt yourself to the fast pacing world!.If you would increase the current 256kbps to 2mbps it would be better since the plan is not worth the money.Please increase the speed.

yes plan 750 is waste cant do nothin wid that...i dont think our compliants wil b taken into account...i am going back to plan 500 itself

the BSNL 750 plus plan provides very slow speed..around 25 kbps..plz do something abt the speed...m paying more money but getting less speed...wat kinda justice is this??

bsnl sucks...i suggest 2 go for airtel unlimited broadband @ rs699 with much better speed

my name is sachin. i changed my plan from 250 to h-750 plus. because i got bill of 3000 rs which quite hike so i changed my plan to unlimited.i am getting downloading speed of 15kb/s, wat the hell is this. we are paying more getting less. bsnl company is worst. no customer support, the staff is so old i wonder how they do work. lunch time is of 30 min but staff come after 1 hr.

connect is better company than bsnl. they offer unlimited plan in just rs 550 and their service is far better than bsnl.

bsnl is hell.

BSNL broadband 750 ul plan — Increase your bandwidth

This letter is for BSNL.

I am using BSNL 750UL Plan.I know it has 256kbps(download speed is 32KB/s).But it was very slow.I am taken this plan for is only downloading.But it is very slow.

So please increase the bandwidth 256kbps to 512kbps for 750UL plan.
So please help me…..
I am waiting for your opinion……..
