i am using bsnl broadband 250 plan .For the past two days i am not able to check my account usage.please help me .without knowing my usage details i can't further use the internet.so please do nescessary steps to solve this problem.

i can not chk my broad band usage details due to u'r bad server plzz hlp me...another prob is when i connect the broadband to my pc the link is not stay for a long time.again and agian it is disconnected in btwn 4-5 min ltr.sir/mam plzz help me.
