BSNL Broadband — Broadband Not Working since 1 Month - Gurgaon

I have made numerous complaints to BSNL about the internet connection not working properly. Every time I need to open a website I have to refresh the page 6-7 times & then it takes even longer than Dial-Up to open the page. What am I paying Rs.750 for. I subscribed to a broadband plan of 256K.

Every time they register a complaint & then when I call next time they say it was resolved. How can a complaint be resolved without anyone visiting my house or contacting me about the problem ??

As soon as I get an option of another broadband provider in my Area I will switch companies.

BSNL Broadband — Usages Calculation

Hi...

My BSNL Broadband Plan is 500C.
As per plan my download limit is 1.5 GB and 75 Free Calls.
Monthly rental is 500 RS.

But in my bill the Monthly Rental for BSNL Broadband is 500 RS.
But usages is calculated as per plan 250.

This regards to billing problems. I am having a internet home connection and the billing is so heavy due to a mistake in their own accounting. The data down loads shows in the usage that I have been down loaded 600 to 800 MB of data in 15 to 20 minutes, which is quite impossible in 128 KBPS line . If we try to copy so much data in the pen drive from the computer it takes more than that time. Repeated requests to the authority had no response. Post your comments pls. I am in a remotely village exchange and if we search for a site it will take so long and down load speed which shows in the bill is so fast. Kindly check

BSNL Broadband — My download speed is too low

Sir, I got my bsnl broadband connection two weeks ago but my download speed must be 256KBPS but it is just 20KBPS.so please take my complaint and solve my problem.
