i have unable to get the portal id and password from the bsnl office.pls can you send the portal id and password to my e-mail i am requesting to send as earlier as possible. my email [protected]@yahoo.in

sir i hav a connection of 256kbps but my download speed is 28 to 30

BSNL — fake usage details

i have changed my broadband plan from 250 to500C. My nigt unlimtd usages are not differentiated from my day uses in my usage details. because of it i am facing very severe problem.i can't avail night unlimted facility without fear.

i cant view my broadband usage for the last few weeks...
why bsnl is so irresponsible..??

BSNL BB PPOE light is OFF BB not working since last evening 7/7/09.

I Have got the BSNL broadband connection on this no.[protected] from[protected]. I have a problem with connectivity of broadband, I have complaint the every costomer care no. but no one response us. i have also complaint the GM of Ludhiana[protected], 2775859). no one attending the ph. & no suitable action is taken. Plz help us this is my complaint.no.7609.No one visit the site, I am facing the lot of problems...

BSNL Broadband — dead ph. landline

This is to inform u that my landline ph.[protected] is not working from 5.07.09. after so many complaints the staff of bsnl is not responding. this landline is installed at my business centre so it is causing me losses.I therefore request you to kindly make it working asap.

Afrer connecting the Broad Band I could hardly work for10-15 minuites and suddenly the monitor shows "cannot find server". Your rep visited and demanded Rs.300/- to rectify the problem.I refused to pay.
Kindly advise and rectify defect.

BSNL Broadband — Regarding nonfunctioning of broadband

Dear Sir/Madam

Myself is Arjun Datt Sharma resident of 887/34, Vijay Nagar, Rohtak, Haryana. I am having a broadband connection at my telepohne number 259002. It is not functioning from the last 4 four months. I have made so many complaints in call center. They have no solution of it. Please tell if you have any solution for this or i will have to move some other private firms to adopt this facility. I got fed up from poor services of this broadband and unable to serve my clients better. So please tell me as soon as possible.
