BSNL Broadband — Account management site could not be opened for more than 3 days

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for more than 3 days.
Occassionaly this problem arises. It is most irritable that the site could not be accessed most of the time, and the usage could not be viewed. Please do something so that consumer gets proper and uninterrupt service.

my broadband account is not open befor 1 weeks
how we can open it tell me
& my login page is not open sincis i have take my broadband connections

Bsnl broadband usage portal (http/bbservice.bsnl.in) is completely defunct while the BSNL authorities are sitting tite despite registerring thousands of complaints daily through various forum. what is the end of this ? I have issued an e-mail to
the Dy.Director genl.Broad band management, Newdelhi. They don't bother to any courtesy to acknowledge this even. Where is the end of this poor state of BSNL Broadband ?

I agree with other complainants that the broadband account mnagement site could not be opened and it is the usual feature, if the site of the broadband service provider does't open when looses faith in the provider it self.Hope they improve if they want

I am the user of BSNL broad band under homeplan 500. Whenever, I intends to see my bsnl broad band usage, this site could not be opened and was appearing on the screen (403 forbidden -- you do not have permission to access the site.) Whereas, if I tried from the another place, the site is opened acessing me to see my usage details. Why I am facing this problem at my house, I could not able to know. Request to rectify the server problem.

So many people are shouting for so many months.
There is no improvement in usage site.
Most of the days it is not accessible.

BSNL... PLEASE LOOK INTO IT.
