BSNL Broadband — No broadband connection

Dear sir,

I am the internet user and in Khaithacodu Kollam(KHK)m we do not have borad band connection in this connection, more than 30 consumers. please get the broad band connection. I am the heavy user and we need unlimited connectuion .

BSNL — can't access internet on laptop

I have all the setting of BSNL gprs including WAP, Stream, bsnl live, portal, bsnlnet.
and i have NOKIA 5200 handset. but right now i can't access BSNLNET which is used when you access through laptop. customer care of bsnl doesn't support properly.

i am a user of bsnl brodband .iam in plan of 125 per month . please change my plan to 250 rs per month

i have one bsnl sim that is [protected] & my gprs setting is saved properly but its not working. I have been reacherged 230 unlimited gprs pack but when i m connected gprs, thats time my balance is lost..i have got 1 complain no from customer care on last week that is 3853812, but still customer care not response this matter..& whenever i m trying to make a call at customer care thats time customer care does not pick up my call..so pliz do necessary action...

Dear sir,

i cant able to connect my laptop to bsnl broadband wireless connection.

that is i dont know how to configure my laptop to nokia-siemens bsnl supplied

for broadband connection.

pls help me to get internet connection to my laptop through wireless bsnl broadband.

sir, i am a bsnl broadband user for more than 1 yr nw.we opt this net facility for the study purpose of children.but for last 3-4 months the net connection can't established well and always shows connection failure.we complaint abour this to local telephone exchange but the response is very irresponsible.not even the authority never try to check the problem also.so kindly initiate proper action.our land ph:[protected], under nedumoncavu exchage, nedumpana, kollam.
