Dear Sir, I am a user of Bsnl Broadband from last month. I was unable to check my Account usage. I am using 250 plan.So i need to check my Usage. Whenever i try to check usage on bsnl.in/Dataone.in a error occur. I also try on http://10.240.43.216 but this site does not open. Please give me solution of my problem as soon as possible. i am using my broadbrand connection for last four months. i cannot view my broadband usage. so each month i have to pay a extra amount for extra usage. so plz. help me out. so that i can view my usage page, and limit my usage.
BSNL Broadband — ridiculous usage figures
Respected sir,I have taken home 500 C, bsnl broad band plan in june itself,
since some days back e.g 22 to 24 bsnl broaband usage site
showing me radiculos usage figures.
it is showing i have downloaded minmum 1 GB of data in around 40 minutes in day time.
i had used 5-6 times internet on 24 june, out of 4 times is showing minimum 1 GB download e.g 4 GB total on 24 june day time.
i was just surfing webpages. not any specific downlaod . like movie or something else.
when i called BSNL personel they gave me illogical answers,
they said right now BSNL is giving 2mbs download, so it is possible to downlaod 1 GB in 40 mins.
i told them, it is not possible to get download speed to more than 50 to 80 kb/s from BSNL at anytime in day time as have telephone broadband not even cable broadband.
if i calculate, i[censored] require 1 GB in 40 mins, you should have 450 kb/s download speed in day time.
my complaint is, , there is problem in BSNL usage calculation and BSNL simply cheating customer. and they dont have technical answers to such questions.
they simply said, if it is showing, then you would have downlaoded this. this is simply radiculous answer.
anybody can help me out to tackle this problem or any way to get details of download from BSNL.
or any person who can check out what is the problem

The page to select the Account usage option is not getting visible. Only the header with BSNL caption coming and the status bar showing "error on page". Please look into this. NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE WEB PAGE TO CHECK THE ACCOUNT USAGE

i cant see the my usages of broadband and i gave the application to bsnl office, pulgaon before 15 days for changing the plan 250 to unlimitted 750 but yet it is not activated. they people said that we will start it within 1-2 days, but yet they dont activate the plan 750. plz change my plan immediatly. sir

BSNL Broadband — unable to view
i am a user of bsnl broadband and mine is a limited download connection. from past 2 months i am unable to check my broadband usage.After giving my protal id and password it is saying invalid username or password. As per myknowledge my password is correct. I don't know what happened.

I've changed from Home 250 plan to home 500 plan. But I couldn't get it verified as I'm not able to open the account usage page of dataone.in.
I am unable to check my account usage for more than one month after applying my user id and password. I have given complaint but no response. It is very difficult for me to check my usage.

BSNL — unable to check broadband account
I am using my broadband connection for last 3 months but yet my broadband account is not created, when i asked the local bsnl exchange pathankot(distt gurdaspur) they said that the broadband account of new connections has not yet created in bangalore. so please help me i am not able to check my account for ammount of data download or uploaded.
